BTS’s Jungkook Tops U.S. Media’s List of “Best K-Pop and Rap Collaborations of All Time” with “Seven”
Recently, American pop culture magazine Complex released its list of the 15 Best K-Pop and Rap Collaborations of All Time, highlighting exceptional collaborations between Korean artists and renowned international rappers. Topping the list was Jungkook’s “Seven”, which features American rapper Latto.

Complex praised the track, “It’s hard to imagine a K-pop and rap collaboration being more effective than this one.” They added, “The song’s theme might seem a little goofy at first—it’s about being hung up on a lover every day of the week—but Jungkook’s powerful vocals deliver desire in a way that’s digestible and witty. While Latto delivers a high-energy, flirtatious verse that’s technically impressive for a summertime hit.”

Jungkook’s first solo debut song “Seven” made a historic entrance by debuting at #1 on Billboard’s main single chart Hot 100. It remained on the chart for 15 weeks, highlighting its massive global popularity.
The song also reigned for 9 consecutive weeks at #1 on Billboard’s Global Excl. U.S. chart and 7 consecutive weeks at #1 on the Global 200 chart. Notably, it became the first and longest-running song by an Asian singer to top both charts simultaneously for 7 straight weeks. As of the March 29 chart, it has stayed on the Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts for 87 and 88 weeks, respectively.
